Is the QI Agora IQ test free?
Yes. The standard 40-question test is free and shows your estimated IQ, how many you got right and your time. Only the extras are paid: answer key, report by area, certificate, explanations and the full 70-question test.
Do I need to sign up to take the test?
Not to start. You answer the questions without an account. At the end, you confirm your email with a code and create a password to see and keep your result in My tests.
How long does the IQ test take?
The free test has 40 questions and takes up to 30 minutes. Each question has its own time limit. The full test has 70 questions, with 1min30 for each and up to 70 minutes in total.
Is the result an official IQ?
No. It is an estimate from an unsupervised online test, for self-knowledge and entertainment. An official psychological assessment can only be carried out by a licensed psychologist using approved tests.
Are the questions always the same?
No. Most questions are generated on the spot from mathematical rules, so every test is different. That's why we can show the answer key without spoiling the test for anyone.
Can I take the test on my phone?
Yes. QI Agora was built mobile first. We just recommend a quiet place, a stable connection and staying on the screen during the test.
Can I retake the test?
Each email gets one free test. You can take another one whenever you like; in that case, the new test's result is unlocked together with the full result (answer key, report and certificate).
Who can take the test?
QI Agora is for people aged 18 or older.
Can I pay from outside Brazil?
The free test works for everyone. Paid extras are charged in Brazilian reais (R$) through Mercado Pago, which accepts Pix and Brazilian cards. International payment options are on our roadmap.
How is IQ calculated?
We use Item Response Theory: each question has a difficulty, and getting a hard one right counts more. The estimated ability is converted to the IQ scale, with an average of 100 and a deviation of 15. Time weighs little and only on correct answers.
What does the percentile mean?
It's how many people out of 100 scored lower than you. The 84th percentile, for example, means you did better than about 84% of people.
What's in the full result?
The answer key with each question, your answer and the correct one, the time spent on each, a report by area and the certificate with a verification QR code.
What are the explanations?
For each question, a short text showing the rule or reasoning that leads to the right answer. You can buy them with the result or later, paying only the difference.
How does the certificate work?
It has your name, estimated IQ, date and a code. The QR code leads to a public verification page that only shows your first name and the initial of your last name. You can print it, save it as PDF and add it to LinkedIn.
How do I pay?
Through Mercado Pago, with Pix or a Brazilian card, charged in Brazilian reais (R$). Your purchase is unlocked automatically as soon as the payment is approved.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can cancel within 7 days of purchase and get your money back. See the Refund Policy.
I forgot my password. What now?
On the sign-in screen, click I forgot my password. We'll email you a code so you can create a new one.
Does using AI help?
It might change the number, but then the result is no longer yours. The test records signals like leaving the screen and answering hard questions too fast, and flags the test for review.
How do I delete my data?
In My tests, you can download all your data or delete your account. You can also send a request through the Your data page.
