QI Agora

Terms of Use

Translation note: this is an English translation provided for convenience. QI Agora is operated from Brazil, and if there is any difference between versions, the Portuguese version prevails.

These Terms of Use govern the use of the qiagora.com.br website and the QI Agora service, offered by NotifyPay Ltda (QI Agora is a NotifyPay product), a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 69.633.968/0001-51, based in São Paulo, Brazil ("QI Agora", "we"). By starting a test, creating an account or making a purchase, you ("user") declare that you have read and agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

1. What QI Agora is

QI Agora is an online reasoning test (logic, memory, figures, numbers, spatial reasoning and language) that shows an IQ estimate at the end. The service is meant for self-knowledge and entertainment.

QI Agora is not a psychological assessment, does not diagnose, does not issue clinical reports and does not replace the work of a psychologist. Psychological assessments can only be carried out by licensed psychologists using approved instruments. The result must not be used for decisions about health, education, employment, hiring or any legal matter.

2. Who can use it

The service is exclusively for people aged 18 or older. By entering your date of birth and declaring your age, you confirm you are 18 or older. If we identify use by a minor, we may delete the data and the account.

3. Account and password

  • To see and keep your result, you confirm your email with a code and create a password.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for the activity on your account.
  • The information you provide (name, email, date of birth and, optionally, phone) must be true. The name you give appears on the certificate.

4. Test rules

For the result to be fair and reflect your reasoning, you agree not to:

  • get help from other people, AI tools, software or searches during the test;
  • use bots, scripts or any automation to answer, create accounts or access the service;
  • copy, record, publish or sell the questions, answer key or explanations;
  • try to get around limits (such as 1 free test per email), payment or site security;
  • reverse engineer, run penetration tests, launch denial-of-service attacks or inject code.

During the test, we record attention signals (for example, leaving the screen and attempts to copy the question) and the time of each answer. These signals may flag the test for review. In clear cases of fraud, we may invalidate the result and cancel the certificate.

5. Free test and paid products

  • Each email gets 1 free test, with a summary result (estimated IQ, range, percentile, correct answers and time).
  • The following are paid, at a one-time price shown on the site before purchase: the full result (answer key, report and certificate), the explanations, the full test, the mini course and unlocking the result of retaken tests.
  • Prices are in Brazilian reais (R$). Payments are processed by Mercado Pago. QI Agora does not receive or store your card details. If your card is issued outside Brazil, your bank may apply currency conversion and fees.
  • Products are digital and unlocked right after the payment is approved. By purchasing, you expressly request this immediate unlocking.
  • Prices may change at any time without affecting purchases already made.
  • You may cancel a purchase within 7 days. See the Refund Policy.

6. Result and certificate

The result is a statistical estimate, calculated with Item Response Theory methods and compared with a reference that may be recalibrated over time. It may vary between tests and is affected by tiredness, distractions and connection. The certificate only proves that the identified person took the test on QI Agora and obtained that estimate, and can be verified by its code or QR code. Certificates from fraudulent, refunded or disputed tests may be canceled.

7. Sharing and referrals

You can create an image and a link of your result to share. You choose whether your name appears in full, abbreviated or not at all. The referral program gives benefits when invited friends complete the test; creating fake accounts to get the benefit is forbidden.

8. Intellectual property

The QI Agora brand, website, system, question generators, questions, explanations, course content and texts belong to NotifyPay Ltda and are protected by law. Using the service does not transfer any of these rights to you.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service online, but it may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party failures (hosting, email, payment) or reasons beyond our control. If a technical problem disrupts your test, contact us through the Your data page so we can consider granting a new test. Our liability is limited, as permitted by law, to the amount paid for the product related to the problem.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in My tests. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Relevant changes will be announced on the site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply where the law requires.
